What to write to us about
- A link that won't work. Send us the actual Facebook link. Facebook changes things from time to time, and a real example is what lets us find the cause quickly.
- Feature ideas. Missing something you wish kkkfac did? Tell us. We'd rather hear it than guess.
- Copyright complaints. If you hold the rights to something and believe kkkfac is being used to infringe them, include the links concerned and proof that the rights are yours. See our Terms of Service. Valid complaints are dealt with promptly.
- Anything that looks broken. A wrong file size, a missing photo in a post, a page that renders oddly on your phone — all of it helps.
What we can't help with
kkkfac is not connected to Facebook or Meta, so we can't do anything about Facebook accounts — logins, bans, recovering a lost account, or removing a post from Facebook itself. For those, contact Facebook's own support.
We also can't give permission to reuse someone else's video or photo. That permission can only come from the person who made it.
