What kkkfac does
kkkfac is a free tool for saving things you find on Facebook: ordinary videos, reels, and photo posts. You paste a link, it shows you what sizes are available along with how big each file is, and you tap one to save it.
It runs in the browser, so there's nothing to install on your phone or computer, and there's no account to make. The download begins the moment you tap — no waiting page, no counter, no extra tab.

Why people save Facebook videos
Facebook itself has no download button on most posts, so the same reasons come up again and again:
Watching later without signal — on a flight, on the underground, or anywhere the connection is poor. Keeping something before it disappears — posts get deleted or switched to private all the time, and a saved copy doesn't. Sending it to someone who isn't on Facebook. Keeping your own posts — plenty of people use this to get their own videos back when they no longer have the original file.
How to download a Facebook video on iPhone
The iPhone is the fiddly one, because Safari doesn't drop videos straight into your camera roll. It's still under a minute:
- In the Facebook app, tap the share arrow under the video and choose Copy link.
- Open kkkfac.com in Safari and tap Paste — the link is picked up on its own.
- Tap Download HD. When Safari asks, choose Save to Files.
- Open the Files app, tap the video, then Share → Save Video. It's in Photos now.
How to download a Facebook video on Android
On Android it's direct — the file lands in Downloads and shows up in your gallery:
- Copy the link in the Facebook app (share arrow → Copy link).
- Open kkkfac in Chrome or any browser and tap Paste.

How to download a Facebook video on a computer
You don't need the app at all. Open the video on facebook.com, copy the address from the address bar, paste it into the box at the top of this page and press Enter. Pick a size and the file goes to your Downloads folder. It's the same in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on Windows, Mac and Linux, with no extension to add.
What you can and can't save here
You can save anything posted publicly: videos, reels, and photos. You can't save posts that are private, limited to friends, or already deleted — those aren't reachable, and no tool that claims otherwise is being straight with you.
Stories aren't supported either. They need you to be logged in as someone who can see them, and we don't ask for your login.

How do I copy a Facebook video link?
In the Facebook app, tap the share arrow under the post and choose Copy link. On a computer, click the three dots at the top of the post and choose Copy link, or copy the address from the address bar while the video is open.
Where does the video go after I download it?
Wherever your browser normally saves files. On Android and on a computer that's the Downloads folder. On iPhone, Safari puts it in the Files app, and from there you can move it into Photos.
Why isn't the download working?
Usually the link is incomplete, or the post is private or has been deleted. Copy the link again with the share button and try once more. If it still fails, Facebook may be busy for a moment — wait a little and retry.
Can I download private Facebook videos?
No. Only posts that are public can be downloaded. If a video is limited to friends, or the account is private, no downloader can reach it, and we won't ask you for your Facebook password to get around that.
Do I need an account to use this?
No. There's no sign-up and no login. You should never type your Facebook password into a downloader site — this one or any other.
Is there a limit on how many videos I can save?
No limit. Save as many as you need, and it stays free.
Do you keep a copy of what I download?
No. The file goes straight from Facebook to your device. We don't store the video and we don't keep a list of the links you paste.
Do Facebook videos have a watermark on them?
No. Unlike some other apps, Facebook doesn't stamp a logo onto the video, so what you get here is the original file with nothing added and nothing removed.
Can I download a video someone else posted?
You can save it for your own use, but the video still belongs to whoever made it. Reposting it or using it commercially without their permission isn't something we can give you the right to do.
Does it work on an iPhone?
Yes. It works in Safari without any app or shortcut — there's a step-by-step further down this page, because iPhones handle saving a little differently.
