These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kkkfac.com ("kkkfac", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use kkkfac.

1. What kkkfac is

kkkfac is a free online tool that lets you save publicly available Facebook content — videos, reels and photos — to your own device. kkkfac is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. "Facebook" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the tool does.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use kkkfac with the agreement of a parent or guardian.

3. How you may use it

kkkfac is meant for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will:

• not use kkkfac to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights;
• not republish or sell content you saved without permission from the person who made it;
• not attempt to reach private posts, or content you would not otherwise be allowed to see;
• not use automated tools to hammer the service or to download in bulk.

4. Content belongs to the people who made it

Everything you reach through kkkfac was created by, and belongs to, its respective creators and rights holders. kkkfac does not host, store or claim any rights over it — files pass from Facebook's servers to your device and are not kept on ours. How you use what you download is your responsibility alone.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe kkkfac is being used to infringe your copyright, write to [email protected] with the details: what the content is, the links concerned, and confirmation that the rights are yours. We take valid complaints seriously and respond promptly.

6. No guarantees

kkkfac is provided as it is, free of charge. We don't guarantee that the service will always work, that every post can be saved, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Facebook changes its platform regularly and parts of the service may stop working at any time.

7. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, kkkfac and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including any consequences of how you use what you downloaded.

8. Changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use kkkfac after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
